Exercise physiology services (also known as exercise physiology) can include:
assessment and exercise testing
education and advice about how to exercise safely if you have an ongoing illness or injury
home and gym-based exercise programs tailored to your health needs and abilities
health coaching, lifestyle modification, and behaviour change counselling.

If you are under the age of 65, or under 50 years and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander, call to request an appointment or use the online request appointment form on this page.
If you are over the age of 65, or over 50 years and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander, you can only access cohealth exercise therapy through My Aged Care. If you have already completed a My Aged Care assessment you can access this service by contacting 1800 2004 22 and ask for cohealth exercise physiology.
