The City Street Health team provides immediate support in the CBD but can also link people in with meaningful activities and other services and supports such as accommodation and drug treatment services.

The cohealth City Street Health team is made up of:
- community nurses
- peer workers with lived experience of homelessness and substance use
- case managers
- alcohol and other drug harm reduction workers
- dual diagnosis clinicians
- recreation and inclusion workers
- Addiction medicine specialist registrar
- Aboriginal health worker
The team walk the streets and lanes of Melbourne’s CBD, where they chat to people and support them if help is needed by providing links to health and social services and programs.

The City Street Health team operates 7 days a week from 9am – 10pm (weekdays) and 10am – 6pm (weekends).
