She has a background in occupational therapy and mental health and also a Master of Business in organisational change.

Wendy is passionate about building capabilities within organisations to maximise the value they deliver to communities. She is known for bringing new thinking to health services leadership that drives innovation, collaboration and strong impact.

Wendy loves the inclusive culture of cohealth and the organisation’s bold ambitions and courage to step into complex, challenging work.

Wendy is also a Board Director for Homes for Homes and The Big Issue in Australia.

Outside of work, Wendy enjoys open water swimming, hosting gatherings of friends and family, and travelling somewhere new.
