cohealth ceases providing NDIS registered services

Posted on 28th June 2024

From Friday, 28 June 2024, cohealth has ceased delivering the Consumer Directed Care Program, ending its NDIS-registered services after 6 years.

cohealth’s Consumer Directed Care Program has ceased, ending its NDIS-registered services after 6 years of going above and beyond to meet clients’ individual needs.

Previously known as Indigo, the Consumer Directed Care Program provided care coordination and allied health services to clients and was primarily funded by the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

The conclusion of this program marks the end of cohealth’s provision of NDIS-registered services.

cohealth is thankful to the team who have provided these services to clients since 2018.

A client’s mother shared her gratitude for the support she and her son received:

“Thank you for not giving up on my son even though everyone has deemed him ‘too difficult’… You have reinstated my belief in humanity.”

All clients of the Consumer Directed Care Program have been supported in connecting with new, like-minded providers so their ongoing needs can continue to be met.

The National Disability Insurance Agency has been provided with updated records of each client/participant’s case and referred providers, and can liaise with Local Area Coordinators to connect or reconnect clients appropriately.

NDIS Participants can also find other alternate NDIS provider via the NDIS Provider finder tool.
